All items are FINAL SALE. Requests for refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted at this time. If there was an error made on our end, please contact us through our contact form. 

We are not responsible for any packages that have been damaged or lost during shipping. We are also not responsible for packages that have been stolen. We would love to be able to hand deliver each and every package to ensure its safety, but once it leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.
