Shipping policy

PLEASE SEE ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR CURRENT PROCESSING TIME. Processing time does not include shipping time, which is an additional 3-5 business days for domestic packages. Items are shipped Monday - Friday.

International Shipping

Average delivery times are 2-4 weeks after your order is shipped. International shipping is calculated by weight. Please be aware that you may be responsible for customs, import, VAT or excise duties and/or fees. We have no control over what taxes or fees your specific country charges when importing goods from other countries. Please check with your specific country import laws prior to purchasing from Tee's Tots as you are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes or fees within your country.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped. Tracking details may take a day or two to update.

Shipping Details
Please be sure to double check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Tee's Tots is not responsible for packages shipping to an incorrect address. Refunds will not be issued for orders placed to an incorrect address.

We are not responsible for any packages that have been damaged or lost during shipping. We are also not responsible for packages that have been stolen. We would love to be able to hand deliver each and every package to ensure its safety, but once it leaves our facility, it is completely out of our control.
